Funding Call for Scale Ups

Portugal Ventures, which manages 274 million euros and has 150 companies in its portfolio, has just announced a new initiative to invest up to 2 million euros in companies with high growth potential, valuation, and profitability, to support internationalisation growth plans.

The program is called “Expand Call” and applications are open through the 8th of May 2023.

The program is aimed at:

• Technological companies, with developed products and revenues in the last 12 months of at least 250,000 euros;

• Companies from all economic sectors, except for the primary sector (e.g., agriculture, livestock, fishing, food processing, and others);

• Companies with significant presence and operations in Portugal (with headquarters located in Portugal) and with the objective of expanding their business internationally;
